How quickly will I receive a response? +

Typically within four hours during Beijing business hours (UTC+8), and within twenty-four hours otherwise. Every initial inquiry is answered by a real concierge, not a chatbot.

Do I need to pay a deposit to enquire? +

No. The first proposal — including suggested hospitals, accommodations and a transparent quote — is delivered without any deposit. A 20% deposit only secures the booking once you have approved the plan.

Which languages do you work in? +

English, German, French and Mandarin. We can also arrange interpretation for Spanish, Italian and Russian on request.

Are the medical reports translated? +

Yes. All diagnostic reports are issued in English (or your preferred language) and reviewed by our medical director before being shared.

How do you handle medical privacy? +

We are GDPR-aligned and partner only with hospitals that meet Chinese national health-data regulations. No personal data is shared with third parties without your written consent.

Can you adjust an itinerary for accessibility needs? +

Yes. We have designed itineraries for guests with mobility aids, dietary restrictions and ongoing medical conditions. Please share your requirements with your concierge.
