Chongqing Wellness Taster itinerary
This six-day Chongqing wellness taster is designed for first-time visitors to China who want a balanced, high-value journey. The route combines medical screening, TCM experience, mountain-and-water scenery, cultural landmarks, and private transfers.
Day 1: Health Check & TCM Introduction
VIP private transfer picks you up from the airport or railway station and takes you to the partner health center for a basic physical examination, including blood routine, urine routine, liver and kidney function, blood glucose and lipids, ECG, and basic imaging. In the afternoon, visit Mingyitang TCM clinic for a 30-minute head massage plus optional cupping or gua sha, followed by a DIY herbal sachet workshop. Check in at a selected hotel in Chongqing and enjoy free time for rest.

Day 2: Wulong: Three Natural Bridges & Longshuixia Fissure
After breakfast, drive to Wulong, approximately 3 hours. Visit the World Natural Heritage site Three Natural Bridges, including shuttle bus, rotating elevator, and exit electric cart. In the afternoon, explore Longshuixia Fissure with shuttle service included. Enjoy local Tujia cuisine for dinner and stay overnight at a 4-diamond hotel in Wulong.

Day 3: Fairy Mountain National Forest Park & Wujiang Gallery
Tour Fairy Mountain National Forest Park in the morning with a sightseeing train and stroll through the alpine meadow. After lunch, take a Wujiang Gallery cruise from Silingbei Pier to Gaogu Pier and enjoy the hundred-mile gallery scenery. Return to Chongqing and check in at a downtown hotel.

Day 4: Chongqing Iconic Landmarks & Red Culture
Experience Light Rail Line 2 passing through a building and stop at Liziba Station for photos. Visit Bai Gongguan, stroll through Ciqikou Ancient Town, and view the People’s Auditorium from outside. In the afternoon, ascend Tian Tai 131 for panoramic river views, walk around Liberation Monument, enjoy the large-scale immersive show “1949 Live Theater”, and end the night at Hongyadong and Daijia Lane mountain city trail.

Day 5: Free Exploration or Optional Excursion
Enjoy a full free day for personal exploration. You may go shopping, taste authentic Chongqing hotpot, or visit additional attractions such as the Yangtze River Cableway or Nanshan Yikeshu Viewing Platform at your own expense. Ticket booking and car service are available upon request.

After breakfast, private transfer to the airport or railway station according to your departure time. End of the wellness journey.
